It also explores the mediating role of emotional exhaustion and the moderating role of perceived organizational support in this relationship. Employing a quantitative approach and survey method, data were collected from 223 respondents who are Generation Z employees with a minimum of one year of work experience in startups. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show that perceived work overload has a significant positive effect on turnover intention. Furthermore, emotional exhaustion significantly mediates the relationship between perceived work overload and turnover intention. Meanwhile, perceived organizational support moderates the relationship between emotional exhaustion and turnover intention in a negative direction, indicating that higher perceived support weakens the effect of emotional exhaustion on turnover intention. These findings reinforce the Job Demands–Resources (JD-R) framework and offer practical implications for startup management in managing workload, enhancing organizational support, and reducing turnover among Generation Z employees.
2026-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Ayu Winda Rizky https://www.journal.fkpt.org/index.php/gves/article/view/2822 Bibliometric Exploration of Green Skills Development in Vocational Education for Renewable Energy Workforce Sustainability 2026-07-27T14:54:01+00:00 Mesran Mesran mesran.skom.mkom@gmail.com Rosnizam bin Kamis rosnizamptss@gmail.com
The global transition toward renewable energy systems and sustainable industrial development has increased the importance of green skills development within vocational education and workforce preparation. This study aims to explore the scientific development, intellectual structure, and emerging research trends related to green skills development in vocational education for renewable energy workforce sustainability. A bibliometric research design was employed using data retrieved from the Scopus database. The literature search was conducted using the keywords related to vocational education, sustainability, and energy, resulting in 139 English-language publications published between 2006 and 2026 after applying the PRISMA screening procedure. Bibliometric analysis was performed using Scopus analytical tools and VOSviewer software to examine publication trends, subject area distribution, keyword co-occurrence, and co-citation networks. The findings indicate that research in this field has experienced substantial growth, particularly after 2020, reflecting increasing global concern regarding renewable energy transition, green workforce readiness, and sustainable vocational transformation. The keyword co-occurrence analysis identified “sustainable development,” “renewable energy,” “vocational training,” and “energy efficiency” as dominant and highly interconnected themes within the research landscape. Meanwhile, the co-citation analysis revealed that the intellectual structure of the field is strongly influenced by sustainability theory, human capital development, vocational transformation, and renewable energy transition frameworks. The study also demonstrates that sustainability-oriented vocational education has become increasingly interdisciplinary through the integration of digital technologies, artificial intelligence, and green innovation systems. The findings provide important theoretical and practical implications for policymakers, educational institutions, and industry stakeholders in developing adaptive curricula and sustainable workforce strategies. This study contributes to the advancement of bibliometric scholarship by systematically mapping the evolution of green vocational education research within the context of global energy transition and workforce sustainability
2026-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Mesran Mesran, Rosnizam bin Kamis https://www.journal.fkpt.org/index.php/gves/article/view/2823 Digital Competence, Energy Literacy, and Attitude in Students' Transition Readiness 2026-07-30T16:41:07+00:00 Ihsan Iskandar ihsaniskandains@gmail.com Nazifa Khairina Hasibuan ihsaniskandains@gmail.com Tinty Meiliani Putri ihsaniskandains@gmail.com Alfina Salwa GS ihsaniskandains@gmail.com Tasya Lubis ihsaniskandains@gmail.com
Abstract-The transition toward sustainable energy requires not only technological and policy transformation but also student readiness as future professionals and decision makers. This study examines whether green digital competence and sustainable energy literacy predict energy transition readiness, and whether pro-environmental attitude mediates these relationships among STIM Sukma students. A quantitative explanatory survey was conducted using a structured Likert-scale questionnaire. After screening for active student status and voluntary consent, 71 valid responses were analyzed using SPSS-style procedures, including descriptive statistics, validity and reliability testing, correlation, multiple regression, and bootstrap-based mediation analysis. The results show that sustainable energy literacy is the most stable predictor of energy transition readiness. Pro-environmental attitude also significantly predicts readiness and partially mediates the relationship between sustainable energy literacy and readiness. Green digital competence significantly predicts pro-environmental attitude, but its direct and indirect effects on readiness are not statistically supported in the simultaneous model. These findings highlight the importance of integrating energy literacy, environmental attitude formation, and responsible digital competence in higher education sustainability programs.

2026-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Ihsan Iskandar, Nazifa Khairina hasibuan, Tinty Meiliani Putri, Alfina Salwa GS, Tasya Lubis https://www.journal.fkpt.org/index.php/gves/article/view/2816 IEEP OneView: Enhancing Program Management Efficiency Through a Centralized Dashboard Using a TAM–UTAUT Integrated Framework 2026-07-30T09:40:31+00:00 Ayu Iryanti binti Azni ayuiryanti@ptss.edu.my Suginam suginam.icha@gmail.com
Abstract− Abstract − The growing complexity of data management in Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) institutions necessitates the adoption of integrated digital solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy. To bridge this competency gap, the JHEP, in collaboration with the Academic Department of PTSS, has adapted the Experiential Learning Mentor-Mentee framework. This best practice paper discusses the effectiveness of a knowledge transfer model where staff and accompanying lecturers act as primary Mentors guiding students (Mentees) in a high-pressure work environment. This model was applied across two different scales: the PTSS WKF 2026, which involved managing international participants, and the Civic Care Expedition 2026 academic mobility program in Semporna, Sabah. Quantitative research was conducted using a questionnaire instrument distributed to 87 student committee members and participants. The findings indicate that this structured mentoring approach recorded significant improvements in student attributes, specifically in problem-solving, cross-cultural communication, and crisis management. The synergy of this mentor-mentee framework successfully eliminates siloed work practices and serves as a catalyst for holistic TVET graduate outcomes.
2026-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Ayu Iryanti binti Azni, Ungku Khairul Fadzli bin Ungku Abu Bakar, Nur Khairanie binti Ramli https://www.journal.fkpt.org/index.php/gves/article/view/2836 Studi Perhitungan Harga Pokok Penjualan Pada UMKM Es Teh Jumbo 2026-07-30T13:03:32+00:00 Nurhayati Nurhayati nurhayati.0889@gmail.com Monalisa Ronalija Tondang Monatamba2005@gmail.com Zahwa Azhira zahwaazhira4@gmail.com Lisbet Desiana Simanjuntak lisbetdesiana@gmail.com Silvina Diahlani Syafitri Nasution silvinadiahlanni@gmail.com Syarifah Aulia Ramadhani syarifahauliaramadhani3@gmail.com
2026-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Nurhayati Nurhayati, Monalisa Ronalija Tondang, Zahwa Azhira, Lisbet Desiana Simanjuntak, Silvina Diahlani Syafitri Nasution, Syarifah Aulia Ramadhani https://www.journal.fkpt.org/index.php/gves/article/view/2832 Doktrin Gisbh Terhadap Akidah Umat Islam: Satu Sorotan Literatur 2026-07-30T15:03:06+00:00 Kamsani bin Md Saad kamikazey73@gmail.com Mohd Fadhil bin Aziz mfadhilaziz@ptss.edu.my Nur Zatihanani binti Ruzaini zatihanani@ptss.edu.my

2026-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Kamsani bin Md Saad, Mohd Fadhil bin Aziz, Nur Zatihanani binti Ruzaini https://www.journal.fkpt.org/index.php/gves/article/view/2811 Analysis Of Land Suitability For Tilapia Aquaculture In Tanjung Alam, Asahan Regency 2026-07-30T15:02:42+00:00 Rumondang rumondang1802@gmail.com Juliwati Putri Batubara putri_batubara76@yahoo.co.id Khairani Laila khrnlaila@gmail.com
Tilapia aquaculture has become one of the most rapidly growing freshwater fisheries sectors in Indonesia due to increasing market demand, adaptive fish characteristics, and relatively simple cultivation techniques. However, the sustainability and productivity of tilapia farming are highly influenced by land suitability and environmental conditions. This study aimed to analyze land suitability for tilapia cultivation in Tanjung Alam Village, Asahan Regency, North Sumatra. The research employed a descriptive quantitative approach using field observations, water quality measurements, interviews, and Geographic Information System (GIS)-based suitability analysis. The observed parameters included temperature, dissolved oxygen, pH, water depth, current velocity, soil texture, salinity, accessibility, and supporting infrastructure. Data analysis was conducted using a scoring and weighting method to determine the level of land suitability for tilapia aquaculture development. The results indicated that most areas in Tanjung Alam were categorized as moderately suitable (S2) to highly suitable (S1) for tilapia cultivation. Water temperature ranged from 27–30°C, dissolved oxygen ranged from 5.1–7.2 mg/L, and pH values ranged from 6.8–7.8, all of which support optimal tilapia growth. Accessibility and water availability were also considered adequate for sustainable aquaculture activities. The study concludes that Tanjung Alam possesses considerable potential for the expansion of environmentally sustainable tilapia farming. The findings provide strategic recommendations for regional aquaculture planning and sustainable fisheries development.

Keywords: land suitability; tilapia aquaculture; GIS; water quality; sustainable fisheries
2026-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Rumondang, Juliwati Putri Batubara, Khairani Laila https://www.journal.fkpt.org/index.php/gves/article/view/2827 The Influence Product Quality, Promotion and Brand Image on Honda Motorcycle Purchase Decisions at CV Medan Baru 2026-07-30T16:43:58+00:00 Sulaiman redmiasulaiman@gmail.com William Vincent williamvncnt@gmail.com Anggia Arif arifanggia13@gmail.com
This study examines the influence of product quality, brand image, and promotion on purchasing decisions. The background of this study is the low sales of Javitri's MSMEs due to the suboptimal use of information technology, especially social media, as a promotional and marketing tool. In fact, in the current digital era, social media such as Instagram and Facebook have an important role in expanding market reach and establishing interactive communication with consumers. This study used 4 informants, consisting of 1 owner of Javitri Cassava Chips MSMEs as the main subject and 3 other MSME owners, namely, Rencong Kupi, Pink Chiling, and Dimsum Mentai 29 as comparisons who have actively used Instagram. This study used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of in-depth interviews, direct observation, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that Javitri's MSMEs do not yet have official social media accounts to market their products and do not yet understand digital marketing strategies. The researchers propose the creation of two official accounts, @javitri.keripik, on Instagram and Facebook. Furthermore, the results of this study can serve as a reference for further research on digital marketing strategies for MSMEs in the snack food industry. Ongoing training and mentoring are needed to enable MSMEs to implement these strategies independently and optimally.
2026-06-30T00:00:00+00:00 Copyright (c) 2026 Prisika Tamara, Nur Afifa, Desy Sabfitri, Agung Putra Famahao Gulo, Fahmi Sulaiman, Tasik Utama
